    Honestly these bagel are delicious. I am a big fan of their everything bagel. Their bagels are nice and big. I love the texture of the bagel, the crispiness of the outside.

    But I can never figure out their hours. When the hell are you open in the mornings? Sometimes I come at 6AM and theyre open and sometimes it's just not................. Bagel stores should be open early...........very early.......

    As a self-confessed NYC native bagel snob.  Micheals on Ascan is some of the best
    Bagels.  Their external texture is right on...the inside could be a little more denser.  I think it was a little too on the airy side.  They always give a bakers dozen - they are always busy and have plenty of options for spreads.

    This place has a horrible costumer service. I was waiting in line for a while and the regular customers would just skip the line, so then I will bring my business somewhere else!

    I'm just gonna be straight forward with this,
    -this place has good bagels (if u get the order right)
    I ordered an everything bagel lightly toasted with REGULAR plain cream cheese. I get a burnt everything with VEGETABLE cream cheese. That's already an issue (this isn't even the first time my order was wrong)
    -next theyre slightly overpriced food being a bagel store in NYC could cut down on the prices a little
    other than that great bagels just try not to mess up an order I got charged extra cuz of it

    The bagel was good (with cream cheese) but was greeted by a customer screaming at me to close the door...welcome to all! I was a little upset that the manager didn't do anything and just let the guy scream at me. Crazy people in this world. I realize its cold out but I just wanted to get my son his bagel!
